How to Get Started

Step 1: Text the word "diabetes" to 404-834-1161
The first step is to send to send the word “diabetes” to 404-834-1161. Once we receive your initial text, we will respond with Step 2.

Step 2: Send us baseline values, A1C, fasting glucose reading, and weight.
Next, we will request you send us a screenshot of your most recent A1C value and fasting glucose. We may have questions once received. At the end of the 90 day program, we will want to get an updated A1C to measure your progress. A clinical improvement is a .5 decrease.

Step 3: Text us pictures of everything you consume daily. Then text us each morning with fasting glucose reading and weight each morning.
Finally, once you are ready to begin the program, you can use the Subscribe button on the site. The subscription is $10 per month. You can cancel at anytime. No questions.
